The new year is here, and with that come the yet another set New Year’s Resolution to eat better and lose weight, just like last year.. and the year before… and… Well we challenge you to make this year different, with a little help.

Coming up in mid-February I’ll be teaming up with Essentially Massage to bring you a Healthy Eating Challenge. During this seven week course you will learn how to set realistic goals, make better choices about what you eat, learn about healthy alternatives and more that will help you start moving towards a Positively Healthy life.

This is NOT a diet plan, it’s about giving you the information you need to make informed, healthy changes to your eating habits that will help you get to and maintain a healthy weight.

The cost of this course is $70 (just $10 per session!) and must be pre-paid to reserve a spot. We will be meeting Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30 with time for general Q&A and discussion afterwards. They will be held at the offices of Essentially Massage in Blaine. Because of the limited number of openings for the class, “last minute” cancellations can leave a spot open that may not be able to be filled, so cancellations during the week before the first session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made prior to the week before the first session will receive a full refund.
