To This Day Project

As the Your Weight Matters 2019 convention, I thought I would share this video that was originally posted on my previous website. The topic of bullying, in particular about weight, strikes a chord with me and is something the Obesity Action Coalition actively advocates against.

To This Day Project is a video based on a spoken word poem written by Shane Koyczan called “To This Day”. The video/project explores the profound and lasting impact that bullying can have on an individual.

My experiences with violence in schools still echo throughout my life but standing to face the problem has helped me in immeasurable ways.
