Crust
  1. Using a food processor or other means, processes the nuts until chopped in to coarse crumbs.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl and drizzle over the melted butter then stir until fully mixed.
  3. Press crumb mixture in to the bottom of your pan(s), creating an even layer. Place in fridge to set.
Filling
  1. Whip together cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla and honey until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until fully mixed.
  3. Spoon filling on top of crust and return to fridge to set at least 30 minutes before serving.
